Biography
Francis was born about 1830. He was the son of Francis Walker and Elizabeth Hannah. He passed away on 15 March 1898[1].
Francis appears on the 1861 Canada Census living in Arran, Bruce County, Ontario[2]. There is no explicit family relations on the 1861 census. The transcript for his line is "49. Francis Walker, Farmer, born in Ireland, Married in 1856, Wesleyan Methodist, 25 years old (born in 1836), male, married, , 1 story log house with 1 family". Line 50 is Sarah Walker, 23 years old (1838), married in 1856. So you can infer this was his wife.
On Friday, July 12, 1867, Francis Walker married Eliza Speer in Bruce County, Ontario[3].

From Find A Grave "Aged 68 years. Francis, son of Francis Walker & Elizabeth Hannah, married Sarah Ross in 1855 and had 5 sons: John, Francis, James, Joseph & William Henry. After Sarah died in 1866, he married Elizabeth Speers in 1867 and had 6 more children: Sarah, Charles Edward, Alexander Stewart, Freeman, Ida Frances & Margaret Emily."
