Biography

Charles Ramsey Walter. Was told he attended/went to a boarding School in Pennsylvania. After that, went to TN where he married Dorothy aka Dolly Ann Dye, daughter of Ross Dye and Narcissa aka Cissie, Elisabeth Duncan. When Dolly Died, he went back to Canada and lived there till his death. He is buried there. His daughter, Eula, went to see him and attended his funeral there in Alberta, Canada in the late 1950s
