He had eleven siblings, namely: Elizabeth May, Aaron Ernest, Lavena June, Ettie July, Frederick Amos, Amon Wilfred, Hilton, Wilhelmina, Hercules Herbert, Evelena, and Isamena. He died on 15 Sep 1966^[2] in Cessnock, New South Wales, Australia. When he was 22, he married Clara Jane Bentley,daughter of William Bentley and Esther Mary Jones, on 29 May 1907^[3] in Gosford, New South Wales, Australia.
