Caroline was born in Georgia or North Carolina. By 1870 she had married Wright Sasser and they were living in Davis County, Texas with 4 children.
In 1880 they were living in Cass County, Texas with 8 children. In 1900 Caroline and Wright were still in Cass County.
Caroline likely passed away before 1908, when Wright married again.
