Frederick Charles Ward was born on 19 Jul 1893^[1] in St Marys, New South Wales, Australia as the first child of James Alfred (George) Ward and Emiline Elizabeth (Emily) Strange. He had six siblings, namely: Florence Ethel, Albert James, Walter Leslie, Arthur George, Leonard, and William Henry Howard. He died on 28 Mar 1973^[2] in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia. When he was 42, he married Isabella Jane Rose, daughter of George Rose and Amelia Ann Bailey, on 06 Nov 1935^[3] in Windsor, New South Wales, Australia.

Frederick Charles Ward and Isabella Jane Rose had the following children:

1. Enid Grace Ward was born in 1919. She died on 22 Jul 2001 in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
2. Phillip Frederick Ward was born in 1938 in Wahroonga, New South Wales, Austalia. He married Josie Irene Rose on 09 Sep 1961 in Penrith, New South Wales, Australia.
