Isobel Wardlaw was born in Scotland.

Isobel was the daughter of Henry Wardlaw and Margaret Oliphant.^[1]

She marred firstly, Laurence Mercer on 14 Jul 1475.^[1] They had issue:

4. Robert, of Uchtertire^[3]
5. Isabel, m. Robert Maule of Panmure^[3][4]

She married secondly, Patrick Mercer of Inchbrakie before 1511.
