Funeral was held Tuesday at Rochester, NY. He was 55 years old. He is survived by his wife & a son. **Notes:( he was the youngest child of James Waring( 1821-)James's parents were William Waring ( 1783-1835 and Catherine Waring ( 1797-1865). James's wife was Eliza A. Partridge. His siblings were: William E., Millard F., James A., Henry W., Cora E., Esther G., Katharine C., and Henry Clare Waring.
