Beryl was born in 1909.[1] The family was living in Perry Township in 1910[2] and 1920.[3]
Beryl married Dorothea Ridgeway in 1938.[4] They were living in Columbus in 1940.[5]
Beryl was killed in action in France in 1945. Burial was at Lorraine American Cemetery and Memorial in Saint-Avold.[6]
Pfc. Beryl Warner Killed in Action
Mr. and Mrs. Clyde B. Ridgeway have received word that their son-in-law, Pfc.
Beryl Warner, was killed in action on December 12, in France. He entered the service May 2, 1944, Chicago and received his basic training at Fort McClellan, Ala., and immediately following his basic, he was sent overseas and arrived there October 10, 1944. Prior to entering the service he was employed by the Quaker Oats Chicago, Ill. Surviving are his wife, Evelyn Ridgeway Warr and two children, Stephen, aged 4 and Stephani Jean, aged 2. [7]
