Jacob Warren was born on 26 October 1642 in Weymouth, Norfolk County, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America to Arthur Warren.[1]
He married Mary Hildreth on 21 June 1667 in Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America.[2]

He applied to become a Freeman on 11 Mar 1673/4 in Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[9][10]
He died in 1722, and was buried in Forefathers Burial Ground in Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America.[11]
Research Notes
According to "Ancestry of Sarah Hildreth," Jacob and Mary moved to Canterbury, Windham Connecticut about 1690, where he was a member of the first board of selectmen. He died there before 1723.[12]
NOTE: Other sources show that he he died about 1722 at Chelmsford,[13][14][15]
However, his death is not contained in the book of Chelmsford Vital Records.
