Harley was the son of Frank Warren and Josie McCoy.

He married 1st Frances Jones in 1924. They had one child.

He married 2nd Lillie (Cox) Sell in 1969.

He married 3rd May (Alexander) Brady in 1974.

Notes

For reasons I do not yet understand, Harley and Delbert are living in San Diego in the 1920 census, in the household of William Obrien, and listed as his sons. I do not know if this was an error on the census-taker's part, or if this was how they were identified to the enumerator. It would be odd that they are living in another household, their mother was alive during this time, and their father may also still have been alive, and living in California.

There are two entries in the California Marriage Index for the marriage of Harley Warren to Lillie (Cox) Sell. The first is under her maiden name of Cox, the second under her married name of Sell, from her first marriage to Leonard Sell. I've included both records in the sources. Lillie was technically Harley's sister-in-law, having first been married to Harley's brother Delbert, in 1924. She was also technically his aunt by marriage, as her second marriage was to Leonard Sell, Harley's uncle via his stepfather, Louis Sell.

There are also two entries in the California Marriage Index for the marriage of Harley Warren to May (Alexander) Brady. The first is under her maiden name of Alexander, the second under her married name of Brady, from her first marriage to Bernard Brady. I've included both records in the sources.
