Sarah Waterlow was the daughter of Samuel Waterlow and Ann Unknown and was born in 1755. She was baptised at St, Botolph, Aldgate, London, England on August 10, 1755.[1] On January 8, 1775, Sarah married Thomas Cecil at St. Dunstans & All Saints, Stepney.[2]
