Biography
Hugh Watkin was born out of wedlock to Hugh Watkin and Margaret Owen (who married in 1802). Hugh, child of Hugh Watkin & Margaret, was baptised on 22 October 1799 in Carno, Montgomeryshire, Wales.[1]He was buried there on the 18th of February, 1801, about a year and four months of age.
