Johannah was named in her father's will on 24 July 1702 at Accomack Co, VA. She was named as a daughter, Joanna Benston, and Samuel Benston was named as a son-in-law.
She inherited land on 24 July 1702 at tract A3, Belle Haven, Accomack Co, VA. In his will Robert Watson gave to daughter Joanna, wife of Samuel Benston, 200 acres "on the other side of Cross or Pratt's Branch," a little stream which came south from the Great Otterdams for a way and then turned eastward; and to a grandson John Benston 100 acres adjacent to his parents.
Johannah was named in her husband's will on 29 December 1742 at Accomack Co, VA. She was shown as wife Johannah in the will of Samuel Benson.
Johannah was born about 1678. She is the daughter of Robert Watson and Susan UNKNOWN.
