I John Watts of Anne Arundel County in the Province of Maryland being in a declining state of health, etc.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my sons Richard and John Watts and Margaret Perkins all of my personal estate after my just debts also appoint my son-in-law John Perkins to be my whole Executor.
Lastly I appoint Jos. Cowman guardian to my two sons Richard and John and further I desire the said Joseph Cowman may Put my sons out to some good trade and creditable master.
