Arthur was born in 1802. Arthur is the child of Thomas Weathersbee and Sarah Watson. He passed away in 1876.

Weathersby-149 and Weathersbee-40 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents, Census data for Weathersby-149 has his birthday ranging from 1802 to 1807 as well.
