Will of William Webb. Elbert Co., GA, Original Estate Records, written 12 Oct 1822, proved _?_ Jan 1823. [1]
my sister (sic) Lucy Barnetts children, Mary Bellemys children, Sucky Barnetts children, Salley Colleys children, my brother (sic) John & Auston Clabourn Webbs children, Pleasant Webb and Patsey Hainey - each of them one 9th part of my estate by equal division. That is for each of my brothers and sisters or there (sic) fameleys (sic) to be equal legatees.
