John Webb is a part of US Black heritage.
John was enslaved by James Webb in Person County, North Carolina. In September 1827, John was named in the estate inventory of James Webb.[1] [2]
In August 1840, John was named in the estate inventory of James Webb's wife Ann Hunt (Smith) Webb.[3]
On 13 October 1840, John was named in the estate division of Ann Hunt (Smith) Webb. John was inherited by James Lewis Webb.[4]
