Biography
Henry Webb son of Richard James Webb and Augusta Buckthought of Cornwall, England. Also known as Harry.
His father Richard worked as a Hotelier at the Masonic hotel in Lawrence, Otago.
Henry was a Blacksmith at Middlemarch in the early 1900's.
His marriage to Sarah Tisdall lasted just a few years as Sarah died in 1908. They had no recorded children in their marriage.
Henry remarried some years later in 1914 to Sarah Hettie Lemon and moved to Piopio in the Waikato where he continued in his trade as Blacksmith.
Sarah Hettie died in 1970 age 85 and is buried in a Hamilton cemetery and and Henry at New Plymouth, age 85 buried at Awanui cemetery.
