Biography
When Cuzzie Belle Webb was born on September 19, 1886, in Wayne, West Virginia, her father, Alonzo, was 20 and her mother, Mary, was 19. She married George Paris Ball and they had seven children together. She then married Pearley Taylor Boyes in 1922. She died on November 12, 1970, in Wooster, Ohio, at the age of 84.
