Biography

Edward Montague Earle Welby was born on 12 November 1836. ^[1]

He was the son of Sir Glynne Earle Welby-Gregory, 3rd Baronet and Frances Cholmeley. ^[1]

Edward Montague Earle Welby married Sarah Elizabeth Everard, daughter of Robert Everard, on 3 February 1870. ^[1]

He died on 25 January 1926 at age 89. ^[1]

Edward Montague Earle Welby graduated from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.). ^[1]

He was a practising barrister and he held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire. Edward Montague Earle Welby also held the office of Stipendiary Magistrate of Sheffield between 1874 and 1915. ^[1]
