Biography
John was born in Missouri, in 1874, to Zachary and Caroline Lewellen Wells. He married Fannie Long in 1910, in Missouri. He died in 1932, while a patient in the State Hospital. His cause of death was listed as a suicide by drowning. He was 58 years old.
