Lucien Wells was found, between 7 and 8 a. m. yesterday morning, by his mother, Mrs. C. W. Wells, just in the rear of the Wells home, Central avenue. The discovery of her son was made by Mrs. Wells after repeated calling to his breakfast had failed to secure a response from him. Mr. Wells was 25 years of age. Since his boyhood days he had been an ardent advocate of physical culture. In many ways he was eccentric. One of the most moral young men of the Heights, it was infrequent that he could be prevailed upon to leave the home premises. Invariably when he did leave, it was on business rather than pleasure.
