Sarah Weltman was born about 1871 in Russia. She settled in the United States about 1905 with her husband Ben Polensky. At least one son, Max, followed or went with them. In 1910 Ben and Sarah were living with the family of her brother, Sam Weltman, in Cleveland, Ohio.[1]
