Eadred Wessex is a member of the House of Wessex.

Biography

Eadred was son of Æthelred the Unready and his first wife Ælfgifu.[1] His birth date is not known but he is named in charters of his father from 993.[2]

Next to nothing else is known about him. The last charter in which Eadred's name is listed is about 1012, so he probably died about then.[2]

He was born after his mother died?

Aethelred married Emma of Normandie in 1002. Eadred is born around 1010. Shouldn't his mother be Emma, as it is listed in the biography section?
