Roy was born in 1942. He was the son of Leroy and Geraldine West.[1][2]
Roy was a Field Illumination Crewman in H Battery of the 29th Artillery Regiment during the Vietnam War.[3]
SP4 Roy West was killed in action during the Vietnam War.
