Biography

Abijah was born 3 December 1712 in Concord, Massachusetts Bay, the son of Joseph Wheeler Sarah Ball .^[1][2]

He was married to Tabitha Warren 1736 in Weston, Massachusetts Bay.^[3][4][5]

They were the parents of seven children: Jonathan (1736-1794); Abijah (1737-1812); Sarah (1738-1808); Solomon (1740); Lucy (1744-1801); and Esther (1748).

Abijah died 13 March 1753 in Weston, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay.^[6][7]

Abijah died intestate and widow Tabitha was appointed administrator of his estate on April 9, 1753. ^{[8] [9]}

In the division of his estate, in December, 1760 ^[9] widow Tabitha received her dower rights and eldest son Abijah received on third. The remaining was divided among daughters Sarah, Lucy and Esther Wheeler, and sons Solomon and Jonathan Wheeler. ^[8]

Tabitha died there on August 24, 1776, aged 63. ^[10]
