Biography

William Wheeler, son of William and Grace (Wood) Wheeler was born at Concord, Massachusetts on August 24, 1767. ^{[1] [2]}

He married Elizabeth Cook at New Ipswich, New Hampshire on December 25, 1788. ^{[3] [2]}

They resided at Windsor, Vermont before removing to Waitsfield, where his wife perished in a fire at their home. Their children were born at Waitsfield. ^{[2] [4]}

William died on May 9, 1821 at Waitsfield. ^{[5] [2] [4]}
