On 1 August 1765, when he was in his mid-fifties, Isaac died of unknown causes in Henrico County, Virginia.
Allan Bridgforth's genealogy, p75, says Isaac lived in St Mary's White Chapel in Lancaster County, Virginia, and had lands in Henrico adjoining Boor Swamp. The record of his will was destroyed by Col. Tarlton's Loyalist troops in the Revolution. Isaac was a parishioner of St John's Church, [Church Hill?], Henrico County, Virginia.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Isaac by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Isaac:
I'm a descendant of Isaac White and Mary Ann Ewell and I think people have mixed that couple up with the Isaac aka Isaac John White who was married to Catherine Lawson. I say this because Isaac and Mary Ann married in 1727 and Mary Ann lived until 1796. So the notion of Catherine being his second wife doesn't fit with the fact that records show she married her Isaac John White in 1740. I've seen a lot of gedcom uploads to the profiles in this family on Geni and that seems to be where incorrect personal tree information is making its way into the connections on these lines. Most sources for Mary Ann and Catherine having married the same Isaac White are just personal trees where people aren't looking at the dates of the marriages, etc. to realize things don't add up for them to have been the same man. He can't have married Catherine in 1740 if he was still married to Mary Ann until she died in 1796.
