Biography

Dorothy was born in 1677. She was the daughter of George White and Lydia Jordan. GFebruary 11, 1726

On March 17, 1724/5, after her father's death, Dorothy White, aged 48, daughter of George and Lydia, wrote to the court stating that she had cared for her mother for 4 years prior to her death and that she, Dorothy now being infirm and incapable of her own care, choses Mr. Ebenezer Hidden and his wife to take care of her, out of her father's estate before becoming a town charge. She also mentions that she has a younger sister in good health and a younger brother who is incapable of caring for her. ^{[1] [2]}

Dorothy died before February 11,1726, when her estate, consising of clothing and personal items, was inventoried. ^[3]
