sister of Thomas Whitgreave "came to Virginia with her husband Dr. Jeremiah Harrison and her brother-in-law John Harrison. . . . Dr. Jeremiah Harrison settled on Queen's creek, York county, near his kinsman Richard Harrison, but did not survive long. In 1654 Mrs Frances Harrison widow, patented 1000 acres in Westmoreland County . . ." (p 73)
She became the (second) wife of Col Giles Brent... "it appears that she died and had no issue by either marriage". ... book continues that "there can be little doubt" that her brother-in-law John was father of George (died 1713, Westmoreland) who married Anne Rust.
