Residue of estate including the still and live stock to be equally divided between wife Abby Whitehead and children Martha Whitehead, Rachel Whitehead, Rebeckah Whitehead, Cullen Whitehead, Temperence Whitehead, Priscilla Whitehead, Arthur Whitehead. Witnesses: John Whitaker Minr., Robert Whitaker, Robert Whitaker Jr. Extrs: my wife Abby, my brother Tobias Whitehead and James Smith and I hereby invest Tobias Whitehead, James Smith and Robert Whitaker with authority to sell and divide estate.
