Biography
Jane Wharry was born about 1750, the daughter of John and Mary Wharry of Wallkill, Ulster/Orange County, New York (the town straddles the county border). She married John McNeil (b. 1745) in 1770. Her date of death is unknown.
One of her brothers was a prominent citizen of Herkimer county: surveyor, Revolutionary war veteran (under General Schuyler, father-in-law of Alexander Hamilton), judge, and politician Evans Wharry (1749-1831). He was, reportedly, a personal acquaintance of Washington, Hamilton, Knox, Burr, George Clinton, and other notables of the era.

Not sure what the source might be for the "Whorry" spelling of the surname; I've seen variants but not that one. Most commonly, it appears as Wharry. I'd suggest changing the Last Name at Birth accordingly, or cite a source for the Whorry spelling.
