1) 3 Nov 1720 at Northampton, Massachusetts, Jemima Sheldon; there were no children evident
2) 26 Apr 1725 Mary Williams; they had 6 children, all born at Stonington, Connecticut, including these for whom nothing is yet evident about their lives:
Mary Williams, b. 22 Jan 1727/28
Samuel Williams, b. 12 Jan 1733/34
Caroline Williams, b. 3 Jul 1735; d. 24 Oct 1738
Jesse Williams, b. 13 Jan 1741/42
Ebenezer Williams, b. 25 May 1743
Samuel Williams died 18 Sep 1780 at Stonington, Connecticut.
