Williams-16881 and Williams-16880 do not represent the same person because: Profile was changed from Elizabeth Williams to the man who married Elizabeth Williams, based on source. So now this is a different person and there is no need to merge the two profiles.

Williams-16881 and Williams-16880 appear to represent the same person because: Same name. Both married to eachother. One has no more information, and appears to be a duplicate. These should be merged.

It appears she married herself.
