Biography
He may have been born in St. Anges, Cornwall, England. There exists a record of a John Williams, immigrant, born 1711 who arrived in Maryland at the age of 18 but not sure it is my John Williams: U.S. and Canada, Passenger and Immigration Lists Index, 1500s-1900s
