James Alfred Williams was born October the 23rd 1891 to Wiliam A Williams and Lucinda C Williams at Quisto Arkansas, he passed away July the 6th 1975 in Pushmataha County Oklahoma he is interred at The Finley Cemetery, Finley Pushmtaha Oklahoma.^[1]
