Harold Moore William, son of Robert William and Elizabeth, was born on 20 November 1865 and baptised on 10 June 1866 in Liverpool All Souls Vauxhall, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.[1][2] He lived at 69 Vauxhall Rd, Liverpool.
