Biography

Joseph was born in 1915. He was the son of Hugh Williams and Fannie Singletary. He was still living with his parents in 1940 in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia.^[1]

He married Lorena "Rena" Maude Walker on January 17, 1941 in Gulf Hammock, Levy County, Florida.^[2]

He passed away in 1993 in Florida.^[3][4] Burial was in the Oconee Hill Cemetery in Athens, Clarke County, Georgia.^[5]
