DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Napoleon by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Napoleon:

It appears that as long as 969 is set to Public instead of Open the merge cannot be completed.

While I would love to complete the merge I get an error that states :

Error: Invalid data. The following must be corrected: Permission Denied.

So, for now it remains unmerged, at least until WT gets their act together.
