Biography
He was born on 16 Aug 1861 in Milford, Kent County, Delaware, USA [1] and his parents were Willamina (Prettyman, 1841-1898) and William Willis (1829-1908).
By 1870 his mother had married secondly to John Parsons.
Edgar Prettyman Willis married on 12 Feb 1886 in Smyrna, Kent County, Delaware, USA to Cora Augusta Tarbutton or Tarburton [2] (1866-1944).
He died on 11 May 1931 and was buried at Parsons Cemetery in Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland, USA. [3]
