Biography

Robert Wilson was "of Windsor and Farmington", but his wife was of Hartford. All three early Connecticut towns were near each other.

Marriage and Children

Robert Wilson of Windsor, Connecticut, later of Farmington, married Elizabeth Stebbing, daughter of Edward and Frances (Tough) (Chester) (Smith) Stebbing, about 1649, at her home town of Hartford, Connecticut[1][2] They had two sons, John and Samuel.[2][1]

Death

Robert Wilson died 21 July 1655 at Farmington, Connecticut.[1][2] John's widow, Elizabeth (Stebbing) Wilson, married 2nd, Thomas Cadwell about 1656 at Hartford, where Thomas was a ferryman on the Connecticut River.

Wilson-13701 and Wilson-2762 appear to represent the same person because: they died on the same date, which is the only distinguishing characteristic besides name on the one profile.
