Maj. Gen Fitzgerald Wintour was a member of the aristocracy in England.

He was the son of Reverend Fitzgerald Wintour and Isabel Milnes Gaskell.^[1]He was born in 1861 at Hawley, Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom.^[2]He married Alice Jane Blanche Foster, daughter of Caroline Emily Marsh and John Frederick Foster, on the 6th of January 1912^[1]at Epping, Essex, England.^[3]He died on the 18th of June 1949,^[1]citing Death, Poole, Dorset, England.^[4]
