Biography
Bernard was born in Covington Kentucky to Dietrich and Elisabeth (Prieshoff) Wischer. At the age of 35, he married Anna Schroer at Mother of God Church. He worked as a salesman for a coal company. Bernard died of sunstroke at the age of 61 and was laid to rest at Mother of God Cemetery.
