OLD WEDNESDAY PLAYER'S DEATH.
The death took place yesterday morning at his residence 61 Lennox Road, of Mr Ben Womack who, in the early eighties was a prominent member of the Wednesday Football Club. Mr Womack who was only 48 years of age succumbed to and attack of pneumonia.

FUNERAL of MR. B. WOMACK.
The interment of the remains of Mr B. Womack and old Wednesday football player and local cricketer, took place yesterday afternoon in the peaceful churchyard of Stannington, amid many manifestations of sympathy. In addition to the widow and family and relatives of the deceased etc.
