Laminda (19) married Thomas Jefferson Mayes (43) (born on July 15, 1845 in Van Buren, Tennessee) on April 21, 1889 in Doyle, White. [1]

In the 1880 census Aminda (age 11), House Keeper, was the daughter of J. K. Womack in District 5, Grainger, Tennessee, United States.[3] J. K. Womack 52, wife Sarah Womack 35, daughter Margaet Womack 15, daughter S. F. Womack 14, daughter Aminda Womack 11, daughter Rebecca Womack 8, son J. B. Womack 6, daughter Eliza Womack 4, daughter Josie Womack 1.
In the 1900 census Minda (age 30) was the wife of Thomas J Mayes in Civil District 4, White, Tennessee, United States.[4] Thomas J Mayes 53, wife Minda Mayes 30, son James Mayes 10, daughter Lula Mayes 9, daughter Ceila Mayes 6, son Irvin Mayes 3.
Laminda died in 1901 in White, aged 31.
