Biography

Dudley Woodbridge was born on 21 April 1705. He was the first child of Ephraim Woodbridge and Hannah Morgan. ^[1] of Wethersfield, Connecticut.

Dudley married Sarah Sheldon ^[2]. They had 9 children, all born at Stonington; in addition to those currently profiled the following had no known children or remained unmarried:

• William Woodbridge, b. 18 Jul 1745; married Zerviah Williams; no children
• Joseph Woodbridge, b. 1 Jan 1750; d. 1809
• Benjamin Woodbridge, b. 15 Dec 1758; unmarried
