On 31 March 1901 the Woods family lived in Cloonkirgeen, Ballingurteen, Cork, Ireland. Edward Woods (54) Farmer, wife Johannah Woods (46) with children Janie Woods (24) Farmer's Daughter, William Woods (23), Patrick Woods (21) Carpenter, John Woods (19), Michael Woods (18), Hannah Woods (16), Edward Woods (14) and James Woods (11), all Roman Catholic. Jane Woods emigrated from Ireland and settled in Botson, Massachusetts, USA about 1903.

Jennie Woods, a cook aged 32 from 13 Union St, married Timothy Manning. Horseshoer aged 32 from 8 Sackville St, on 23 June 1912 at Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, USA. Both First marriage and born in Ireland. Parents Edward Woods & Johanna McCarthy and Denis Manning & Katherine Cronin. [3] [4]

All born in Ireland and Naturalized. [5]

She passed away in 1952 [6] and buried at Somerville, Middlesex, Massachusetts, United States.
