Sarah Woolchurch, daughter of Henry Woolchurch, was born, probably in Talbot County, Maryland.

Sarah Woolchurch and James Berry declared their Intention to Marry on 8 April 1686 at the Third Haven Monthly Meeting of the Society of Friends (Quakers), Talbot County, Maryland.^[1]

Sarah was wed to James Berry on 14 April 1686 at the Third Haven Meeting House of the Society of Friends, Talbot County, Maryland. ^{[2] [3]} They had a daughter together, whom they named Rebecca.

Daughter Sarah Berry is named in the Last Will & Testament of her father, Henry Woolchurch, which was proved on 28 September 1695 in Talbot County, Maryland.^[4] She died after 28 September 1695 and before 1770.^[5]
