Will: Probate 14 Jan 1742/43 Oxford I Richard Wooliams of Bould ... Idbury ... yeoman I commend my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor. My debts & funerals are to be first paid. I give my dear & loving wife Mary all the goods & furniture of the home & parlour chamber. I give my well beloved daughter Ann Wooliams £80 to be paid at age 21. I give my daughter Sarah £60 to be paid at age 21. I give my three youngest daughters Mary Diana & Elizabeth £50 apiece to be paid at age 21. If any of my 5 daughters dies before reaching 21 [their] shares shall be equally divided amongst the rest. I give my son Robert £60 to be paid at age 21 All the above legacies are to be raised out of my estate and I appoint my loving father William Wooliams & my brother-in-law John Timms as my Trustees I give my well beloved son Richard Wooliams (whom I make sole executor) all the residue of my estate; To him and his heirs etc forever I revoke all other wills
