  • MR. E. B. WOOSTER
  • The death occurred in Gloucester House, Sydney, on Saturday, April 12, of Ernest Brandon Wooster, retired dairy farmer, of Nabiac. Mr. Wooster was 71 years of age. His remains were conveyed to Taree by road and burial later took place at the Failford cemetery. A service was conducted inthe Church of England, Nabiac, prior to the funeral. Mr. Wooster's father, Mr. Charlie Wooster, of Nabiac, predeceased him at the remarkable old age of 107 years.

A daughter, Jean, and a son, George, of Nabiac, survive. Surviving brothers are Sam (Nabiac), Charlie (Wauchope), and George (New Zealand).

Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1910-1938, and Trustee Act, 1925-1940, George Ernest Wooster (in the said will called George Henry Wooster) and Jean Matilda Wooster, the wife of Robert Coates Wooster, the executors of the will of the said Ernest Brandon Wooster, who died on the 12th day of April, 1952, hereby give notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are hereby required to send particulars of their claims to the said executors, care of the undersigned proctors, on or before the 8th day of January, 1953, at the expiration of which time the said executors will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.—Dated this 9th day of October, 1952.
